The artist refers to "Sweet Dreams" as, "My 'Daybreak'", a reference to Maxfield Parrish's most famous work, and it is undoubtedly Mr. Martin's most popular piece. Originally commissioned as a cover for an audiocassette recording of children's lullabies, it has since appeared in the Communication Arts Illustration Annual, as a holiday greeting card for the World Wildlife Federation, and as promotional art for a line of books and plush toys. The poster is printed on heavy, 80-lb. coated cover stock, and is an easily frame-able 18 x 24 inches. It makes a wonderful baby shower or birthday gift. The cost is $27.50, plus $5.00 shipping.
